1. Introduction to testing equipment

 

Force and resistance dynamic tester

This instrument is used to dynamically test the contact resistance of the elastic force of the product to ensure that the dynamic resistance of the elastic force meets the requirements of the drawing.

High and low temperature shock box

The instrument is used for the ability of products to withstand cold and hot shock.

Temperature rise tester

The instrument is used to test the current carrying capacity of the product.

Plugging force/durability tester

The instrument is used to test the plugging force and durability of products.

Salt spray corrosion test chamber

This instrument is used to test the corrosion resistance of products.

Constant temperature and humidity box

This instrument is used to evaluate the performance of products under various temperature and humidity environments.

Reflow soldering tester

This instrument is used to simulate the SMT process, test the weldability of products and the high temperature resistance of plastics.

Air tightness tester

The instrument is used to test the air tightness and waterproof performance of connectors.

3. Environmental management system

Huaxin Environmental Policy:

All Huaxin's products fully comply with the requirements of the RoHS directive. According to the requirements of customers, we can also provide halogen free or nickel free environmental protection products.

Huaxin adopts various control methods to control hazardous substances:

1. Select excellent and powerful suppliers.

2. Sign RoHS and other guarantee agreements with suppliers

3. Audit suppliers and promote them to implement the management of environmental substances

4. The supplier shall provide the third party's hazardous substance test report to Huaxin every year.

5. Huaxin uses RoHS tester to conduct sampling inspection on incoming materials.

6. Huaxin sends samples to third-party institutions for testing as planned every year.
